Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the individual, organisation, or entity identified on your registration form ("you" or "your") and the RCC - Regenera Collective Conference Group, which serves as the owner, organiser, operator, and/or manager of the event ("RCC" or "us"). These terms pertain specifically to attendee and delegate registrations for the event referenced in your registration form ("Event"). It is essential to read these conditions thoroughly, as they contain crucial information. By submitting your registration to participate in the Event ("your registration"), you consent to adhere to these terms, superseding all other terms. If you do not agree to these conditions, RCC will not be able to process your registration.

1. Registration Confirmation

Your registration, whether made by you or on your behalf, constitutes an offer to RCC to participate in an Event, which is contingent upon RCC providing written acceptance (which may include, but is not limited to, email). A binding contract between you and RCC will only be established once RCC sends you a written confirmation of acceptance ("Confirmation" or "Confirmed"), using the contact information you provided during registration, regardless of whether it is received. If you have not received Confirmation within five days of your registration, please reach out to RCC. In any case, if Confirmation is not issued within 14 days of RCC's receipt of your registration, your registration will automatically be considered accepted unless otherwise notified by RCC. RCC reserves the exclusive right to refuse your registration at its discretion.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

2.1. You are obligated to pay RCC the fees outlined in your registration form for the Event ("your fees"). Full payment of your fees must be received in cleared funds by RCC in line with the prevailing payment terms, and, in any case, no later than 48 hours prior to the Event. If RCC does not receive the complete payment of your fees before the Event, it may, at its discretion, either mandate such payment as a prerequisite for your access to the Event or deny your access to the Event, whether in-person or virtual. No partial refunds of fees already paid will be issued, and any outstanding balance of your fees will remain due if access to the Event is denied under this Condition 2.1..

2.2. Any applicable discounts must be utilised during the registration process and cannot be combined with other offers. Approval from RCC is required for any available discounts.

2.3. Prices for each event are accurate at the time of publication. RCC maintains the right to adjust prices as needed; however, such changes will not impact registrations that have already been confirmed by RCC.

2.4. The parties intend for RCC to receive your fee payments after deducting all relevant taxes, which include, but are not limited to, sales tax, VAT, service tax, or withholding taxes ("Taxes"). You are solely responsible for all such taxes. Should any Taxes be imposed or determined to apply to any part of your fee payments, the fee amount will be adjusted to account for the Taxes, including any necessary increase to offset Taxes imposed on that adjustment.

3. Cancellation by You

3.1. Unless explicitly stated during the registration process for a specific Event, you are permitted to cancel your registration according to Condition 3. If you cancel your registration 57 days or more prior to the Event, you will receive a refund of your fees paid to RCC (if applicable), subject to a 10% administration charge of the total amount of your fees plus applicable Taxes. RCC regrets that if you cancel your registration within 56 days of the Event or fail to attend, the full fee remains due. Cancellations are not accepted once any individual or group registration participant has utilized the pre-Event networking or partnering resources, applications, or platforms. To cancel, you must email hello@skinandmedicalcosmetics.co.uk, directed to Customer Services, and ensure it is received by RCC. You understand that the refund outlined in Condition 3 is your exclusive remedy for any cancellation of your registration, and all other liabilities are expressly excluded.

3.2. Employee substitutions from your organisation are allowed at any time. However, all delegate registrations are designated for your personal use exclusively and must not be shared with others during the Event. You are not permitted to buy registrations for any third party, sell or transfer your registration to anyone, and you may not utilize the registration for any commercial or non-commercial purposes in any way.

4. Change to or Cancellation of the Event by Informa

4.1. RCC reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Event, including but not limited to the format (transitioning from a physical in-person gathering to a virtual format and vice versa), speakers, participants, content, venue, and program. These changes can occur at any time for any reason, including but not limited to Force Majeure Events, and shall be made without incurring any liability.

4.2. RCC reserves the right to modify the date or cancel an Event at any time for any reason, at its sole discretion. If RCC alters the date or cancels the Event due to reasons other than a Force Majeure Event (in which case the provisions of Condition 4.3. will apply), your registration will automatically be transferred to any rescheduled Event that RCC opts to arrange (acting at its sole discretion). Should you notify RCC in writing within 21 days of being informed of the new Event date(s) that you do not wish to attend the rescheduled Event, or if RCC decides not to reschedule, you will be entitled (as your only remedy) to either a credit note or a refund of the fees you paid to RCC. After the 21-day notification period has elapsed, you can still cancel your registration for the rescheduled Event. The conditions outlined in Condition 3. will be relevant for the new dates, and an administrative fee may apply.

4.3. In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence that RCC determines may negatively affect: (i) the capacity to host the Event at the specified venue or on the designated date; or (ii) the overall execution of the Event, RCC holds the right, although not the obligation, to either: (i) offer an alternative format, location, or venue for the Event; and/or (ii) postpone the Event. Any fees previously collected by RCC will be allocated to any rescheduled or rearranged Event in accordance with this Condition 4.3. As an attendee, you agree not to contest such changes or claim any form of compensation related to them. Should Informa be unable or choose not to change or postpone the Event under this Condition 4.3, your only recourse will be to receive either a refund or a credit note for the fees you paid to RCC, at your discretion.

4.4. These terms and conditions will equally apply to any rearranged or rescheduled Event organised by RCC in accordance with Conditions 4.2. and 4.3..

4.5. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a "Force Majeure Event" refers to any occurrence or situation that is beyond the reasonable control of RCC. This includes, but is not limited to, governmental laws, ordinances, regulations, requisitions, restrictions, guidelines, recommendations or actions; the imposition of sanctions or embargoes; military actions; acts or threats of terrorism or war; mobs, civil disorder, or riots; health crises (including, but not limited to, epidemics and pandemics such as COVID-19, whether new, ongoing, or recurring); natural disasters such as fire, flood, drought, and earthquakes; severe weather conditions; disruptions to transportation; failures by third-party contractors or suppliers; damage to or cancellation of venues; industrial disputes, labor strikes, or conflicts; interruptions or failures of utility services; shortages of commodities or supplies; accidents; incidents involving nuclear, chemical, or biological contamination; cancellations or withdrawals by speakers or participants; or any other similar calamity or disaster.

4.6.To the maximum degree allowed by relevant law, RCC will not be responsible for any loss, delay, damage, or other liabilities incurred as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of the Event, regardless of the circumstances, including any change of venue. You recognise and accept that the conditions outlined in 4.1., 4.2., and 4.3. represent your exclusive remedy in the event of a change, postponement, or cancellation of the Event, and that all other liabilities of Informa are explicitly disclaimed.

5. Consequences for Breach

By registering for and attending the Event, you acknowledge your commitment to adhere to RCC's Code of Conduct, which may be periodically updated and available on IRCC’s website. RCC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry to or remove any individual deemed by RCC to be a security risk, nuisance, or disruption to the Event, including those who do not follow these terms and conditions. You are also expected to follow all reasonable directives from RCC or the venue's owners and operators during the Event.

6. Consent to Official Photography and / or Recording at Events

All unauthorised photography and the recording or transmission of audio or visual materials, data, or information are strictly prohibited. By participating in the Event, you grant consent to RCC to conduct multimedia recordings that may feature your attendance as a delegate (referred to as the “Content”). You agree that RCC may utilise such recordings globally for promotional, marketing, and various other purposes. You acknowledge and accept that RCC holds exclusive ownership of all rights pertaining to the Content and hereby waive any and all: (a) rights to such Content, and (b) claims regarding or resulting from the Content or its use.

The personal information you provide will be stored in our database. With appropriate authorisation or justification—such as express or implied consent or legitimate interests—this information may be shared with other companies within the RCC group and selected third parties in the UK, Portugal, and internationally for promotional purposes. Additionally, your personal information may be disclosed to government entities and regulatory authorities as mandated by law. Certain areas of the Event may require your personal information to be shared with third parties sponsoring or managing those areas. The use of your personal information by these third parties is beyond RCC’s control, and to the extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim any liability for such use. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, RCC disclaims: (a) all responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to individuals or property at the Event; (b) all indemnities, warranties, or representations (whether express or implied); and (c) any actual or alleged indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, anticipated profits, savings, business revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or any other form of economic loss, incurred by you in any way. In the event that Informa is found liable to you for any reason, RCC's total liability regarding the Event (whether under these terms or otherwise) shall be confined to the total of the fees you have paid to RCC.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. In the event that RCC is hindered or unable to fulfil any of its obligations to you due to a Force Majeure Event, such delays or non-fulfilment will not be considered a breach of these terms and conditions, and you shall not be entitled to claim any loss or damage as a result. During the period of delay or non-performance, RCC's obligations will be temporarily suspended, and both RCC and you will make reasonable efforts to alleviate the impact of the Force Majeure Event. This clause is also subject to the stipulations outlined in Condition 4.3.

9.2. RCC retains the authority to modify these terms and conditions periodically. Nonetheless, you will adhere to the terms and conditions that are applicable at the moment you complete your registration.
